Should be another Pex pipe sticking down just a few inches from the drain. While the drain has a valve on the end, the vent doesn't

On our 2012 36RL we had the 2 hoses from the fresh tank going through the underbelly. I secured a 1/4 turn pex fitting to the blue line to prevent siphoning of the water from the tank and I pulled the braided vent hose back up through the underbelly and secured it to the bug screened fitting for the vent in the gravity fill fitting. When filling I can easily determine when the tank is very close to full and if it does splash out the vent it is ok because our docking station area is sealed well with silicone and the water will drain out the hose hatch in the floor.

That works fine for an RL with the Fresh Water in front of the axles, but with the MB the Fresh Water tank is behind the axles with the drain and overflow even farther back, on the rear of the tank.
