There is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on the issue. I took it to the dealer and they took care of it. I am not sure fluid they added. It did take care of most of the popping.

We replaced ours with the Jack as well. Better signal, has a signal indicator that once you tune in for the best strength you can turn off the bright blue strength indicator lights.
