Kinda why I like the adapter and the 20K. The hitch is not too heavy and the adapter is about 50#. Still a two piece job. Also, with the adapter, I can remove the 20K and pop in a gooseneck plate...

Soooo, OK my Ram is way the heck better than my old Bow Tie and I have had them for years. There are no major issues and drive a truck if you want to have fun !!!

TNT, I just talked to the guy who got my 2014 RAM and I think we paid about 450-500 for the adapter. And I think that Reese 20k is like
$750 ?? Anyway, that might be the easiest and simplest way...

TNT, We went with the RAM adapter that fits in...

TNT, We went with the RAM adapter that fits in the pucks and used our Reese 20K to fit on top. Works very well
