I often wonder if "some dealers" use that as an excuse. I have not had to wait on Redwood, and our dealership has not had to wait on Redwood. They have been quick to respond. It seems to be the same...

Our Dealer/Service is B. Young RV in Portland, OR. There are many that do this. There is no rule that says you have to have your service done at the dealership! Choose another service center!...

We stay on the lot at the dealership too during service. It works out great. They are very helpful and we just take off for the day while they work. It's awesome.

Jim Lazzarino is my hero... he got our coach on the road when it was stuck in a holding lot. It would have been at least another 2-3 weeks had he not picked up the phone. Super nice guy.

We gave a Red Lobster gift card to the service manager and big box of fresh cookies from the bakery to the poor guy that tries really hard to make everyone happy. :-)

Ok, I have egg on my face.... WE DO have an expansion joint! I went out and looked and there is a plastic-covered seam from the front corner of the BR slide to the base of the unit. Duh!
