Yes, there is a drain line for the fresh water. It is separate from the hot and cold that are near the convenience center on mine. Should extend through the belly pan....by itself.

There was not on mine. I installed one on the blue plex line. The second vent pipe I relocated above the tanks top level to prevent siphoning.

I had a 5th, blue pex, which was a 2nd fresh...

I had a 5th, blue pex, which was a 2nd fresh water overflow, in addition to the 4 Dave described.
I have a 38GK
