Great thanks a lot for your help! I am not really used to all the US-standrads but understand that the microwave oven has a built in convection oven AND a fan for evacuating air when frying.

Ok, and it does have a fan inside that evacuates the smoke from the stove outside of the RV? Not sure read somewhere on one forum that there was some kind of cap/blocking so the air was not getting...
