Maxx Air II, no drilling required, the mounting holes are already there, just remove the plugs in the holes.

I have 3 of the black Maxx Air Vent Covers too, very easy to install, (mounting holes are already there, just pull the plugs out and attach the Vent Cover hardware) they work great, block the rain,...
