Similar to the dealer / retail side of the RV business, most RV sales people have never spent a single night in a RV, never towed or drove a RV.

Also the service side of the business is the same...

I would agree, we were shopping for our new home...

I would agree, we were shopping for our new home when we found our Redwood.

When we sat in our Redwood at the dealer, it gave us that "warm & fuzzy" feeling, like home :)

I guess when we first got our Redwood, the MSRP was about 30 % more than the last 40 Ft 5th Wheel we had, so I was expecting a 30% better quality RV.

Redwood uses basically the standard level up...

Redwood uses basically the standard level up jacks like most other 5th Wheels use, DRV uses larger jacks and heaver system on their Mobile and Elite Suites.
I think the DRV Tradition uses the same...
