Makes the fridge cool much more efficiently, stops virtually all the frost on the fins in the fridge and much less if any frost in freezer.

Add the Fridgemate Fan system and besides cooling better, there is very little frost build up. Was well worth the $100 or so and 20 minutes to install it.
