UP DATE: After trouble shooting the chatter on the right side of the awning found the gear assembly had a bad gear. Went to Lazy Days had to get motor / gear assembly. You can not buy just the gear...

Awning will not retract

I went to retract the awning and all it would do is chatter. I had to hand roll it up while my wife push the retract button. It will extend but does not sound very good. I keep the arms and track...
