Residential fridge is working, but from there...

Residential fridge is working, but from there back, nothing. I have a tester, and confirmed what you are saying. (Back wall outlets have power.) Now the search for the issue. Any suggestions?

Rick, did you loose power to the outside plug? I still have power there.:banghead:
