No noticeable impact on the freezer. The air only circulates in the lower part of the fridge.

I have added the 'fridge fix' fans to the inside...

I have added the 'fridge fix' fans to the inside of my Norcold 1200 and it definitely helps by vigorously circulating the cold air. Has the added fan or two to the back of the unit for cooling...
