Hmmm, entertainment center to the left of the stairs? I hope that doesn't close off the living room too much. Real recliners is a plus though.

JellyStonePark, was anything significant changed in the 38FL layout? For example, moving the entertainment center to the front cap (like so many other brands do) is something I wouldn't want to see.
