If Ford actually made a DRW short bed you wouldn't need a slider hitch for the Redwood. I have plenty of clearance with it on mine.

I hope they use this information for marketing. It's very compelling! Assuming the only change was the brakes (electric to Disc) this is something that every RV salesman should know...
