I would recommend that you need to be having the wheel / axle / suspension system completely checked. Something is dramatically wrong there.

I have Goodyear G614's that were balanced at the time...

You should be in great shape with the H rated tires but as always there are no 100% guarantee's. I would still drive only 60 mph. I don't think that any of the trailer tires are rated for speeds...
