If you are going to pull two Redwoods in tandem then yes a 4:10 with Aisin is what you need.

My Ram has the 3:73 just like my F 350 had and My Ram pulls my 38GK just fine, and I get 16.8 mpg when not pulling. I am a very happy camper and Ram owner. :)
