I'm talking about removing them, reinstalling...

I'm talking about removing them, reinstalling them, and then re-torqueing them - not maintaining torque. It's on page 3 of the attached.

At one time, I had always heard that U-bolts need to be tossed and replaced whenever that kind of work is done, as they should only be torqued once. I'm no expert, just recall hearing that.

I just ran some wiring all the way down the belly, and its pretty easy to check up in there with your fingers before you drill. That belly stuff just lifts up.
