Andy said in the rally there were enough loop holes in the 5 year warranty that he never had to fix anything. I surrendered on Redwood and their phony warranty a couple of years ago.

They didn't last one season here in Colorado. Hail is murder to those and I am really glad they are gone. Our single ply membrane roof has already survived many hailstorms without a mark.
