That could be, but I've never heard of any issues with the structure back there. I've cut into the rear clip to install a camera, and I dare say the window is probably stronger than the fiberglass...

But yours looks like the newer rear clip design, but the larger window? Looks like maybe the smaller window wasn't related to the clip redesign.

Good observation Buddy! I like the new clip but didn't know the window got smaller. These are 2 36RLs 2014 and 2015

Did they change the rear clip again, or has the back window been smaller since the last rear clip change when they went to the rear storage?
