Ours was the same way back in 2013 - 2 packages worth $10K added on, then discounted 100% at the bottom.

Unfortunately, the title work goes out to the DMV without the discount, so our total...

The folks in front of us at our Dealer when we ordered asked for electric tank heaters and Redwood said no problem. Never heard if they actually got installed.
