That might be a pretty good switch then. Cat 6 may overcome the refresh rate anyway. I just don't know enough about that stuff anymore.

That would be a cool feature, but in my experience it takes a pretty high end switch to maintain the resolution and refresh rate. May not matter in an RV, as I don't think the TVs are very high...
