knobs are and have been closed... A repairman...

knobs are and have been closed... A repairman said that the water lines are placed inside the frame but next to the frame so they are conducting the cold from the frame. Who knows at this point....

gotcha... with the quick connect, water would not...

gotcha... with the quick connect, water would not flow even if the handles are turned on... makes sense. Thanks, I'll check that out and get back to ya... hope this is the cause :)

Mr. Wright, is there a bypass/shutoff for the outside "shower" Where is this if there is??? We are hooked to city water at the convenience center... and might add that the water is ice cold before it...
