Just contacted James at RV Lock. I explained about our keypad not responding. Without hesitation, he offer to send out a new one!
I agree they are trying to make it right and provide the best...

OK...I will be the first negative post. Our FOBS have been great. That said, the keypad has been replace 2 times in the last year and the current one wont even "beep" anymore (I know, the batteries...
