Glad to know they are stepping up for you. Now I hope they will issue some type of recall or something similar to correct the hundreds of us who have the same issue!!!

When we ordered our RW in November 2012 the LED's were not available with the UNIGUARD option. It was sometime later changed so that they can be provided.
