Thanks Steve - the screen just went blank and tried the reboot on the device and even tried reloading the software. Nothing would bring it back to life.

I didn't purchase the extended warranty the first time, but they exchanged it regardless. Bought the extended plan this time, as it is way less hassle than going through the Visa insurance to get it...

We picked up a 7" Rand McNally/Good Sam last May...

We picked up a 7" Rand McNally/Good Sam last May in Burlington WA. Worked well until about 1/2 way down the I-5 when the screen went dead. Reboot didn't help.

Took it back to the Camping World...
