The heat pump (electric heat) does not/will not...

The heat pump (electric heat) does not/will not come from the floor registers, ONLY the gas furnace.
My '13 the furnace duct also came loose from the bedroom floor register.

Are both roof top units heat pumps? Our '13 only...

Are both roof top units heat pumps? Our '13 only the living room was a hp.
What's the outdoor temperature? If it's below 40+/- degrees it will only blow cold.
Also if you drop the thermostat...
