If it were me I'd remove the original with the...

If it were me I'd remove the original with the cig plug/USB & mount 2 of those pictured by Eugene even if I had to use a stained piece of wood to mount them in to cover the original hole.

Might Batteries +, or possibly auto parts stores.
Trekwood's too pricey (on most stuff) & that didn't include their extremely high shipping charge...
