I would also suspect it's at normal height for all RWs, but if it's actually at 13'9" that could be very hazardous, best to verify & know for sure.

Another vote here for the Sailun tires, a definite NO on the F rated tires & a VERY strong recommendation to have your RW height verified, anything overhead 13'6" or less is the height measurement...
