Drawer slides should be available at any home...

Drawer slides should be available at any home improvement store or online.
Cable splitter is most likely in the bedroom ceiling, access by removing one of the ceiling light fixtures.

I agree Brad, the Tom Montague RWs were the best year models, maybe because we have one. The Landmark 365s are Tom's Heartland creation & I honestly believe it's where the RWs were heading before him...

Just curious! Have you contacted Keystone directly about your issues or just dealing with the dealer. From past experiences & others comments 90% of mishandling of warranty claims was the dealers...

Then tell them to find you a dealer that might actually be able to repair at least a couple items on your list or get it back the factory.

Contact RW customer service, NOT your dealer, & have them return it to the factory service center, if those guys can't fix it it truly is junk. Most dealerships can't change light bulbs correctly...
