Fairly sure the drill size was 1/8" & the pop rivet was 1/8" x 1/4" long & the originals/replacement were aluminum. Hope you have better luck!

Took one of window operators loose by drilling out the rivets only to find out that on the windows with another glass above they now open as far as they can without hitting/grinding against...

Has anyone taken the crank out window operators out of the tracks on the bottom? They have a plastic stop in the track that's loose between the arms to limit how far the windows crank out, I want to...
