I would go straight to the top at RW, don't mess with some rude jerk, to the top of Crossroads then onto Thor then to a lawyer, document, document, document everything.

RW uses real 3/4" plywood for the flooring not partical/OSB so IMHO it would've been a long term extreme leak to completely rot a 3 year old unit. I would have had to been shown whatever it is they...
