I agree with Tracy that their main concern is park models. We are currently renting in a co-op park & that issue has come up several times, is a park model a rv or a permanent residence, if it's a rv...

I think it's another very gray area, like stopping at weigh stations & are CDLs required, all of which would be near impossible to enforce without employing thousands of officers/agents.
