Took one of mine apart for leaking bottom seal & found a guy to rebuild it, but couldn't do it now so put it back together & turned the bottom piece off 1 hole & so far no leaks after...

If you are parked that long you may need to spray...

If you are parked that long you may need to spray lower portion that retracts with some silicone lubricant & then cycle the jacks, should do this about every 4-6 weeks when parked for extended...
