Thanks to everyone who posted. It was a tight fit, but the part I posted above was the correct part. I had plenty of hose for two of the hoses, but took some suggestions and bought more before...

I agree and it would be easy to divert the hot water heater water with a manifold. I'm heading to HD or Lowes tonite, have to see what I can find.

Thanks Tom. There isn't any room in there, the crimp connections on a 45 degree angle keeps you from tightening down the connections. I have it all pulled out now.

Anyone know the part number or where I can get a new bypass valve. Been using the rig for three weeks now, de-winterized and yesterday i found a crack. With the 45 degree pex connectors, not sure...
