Sorry about the typo(s).....One of these switches...

Sorry about the typo(s).....One of these switches controls the lite over the door and also turns on a light behind the entrance stairs down low.

We have a 38RL.....so you mean the light over the...

We have a 38RL.....so you mean the light over the entrance door ?....or the scare light (on the same side...front corner )...
On ours the lights for these lights are controlled individually on the...
