from what I read on them they have a life of...

from what I read on them they have a life of approx. 5 years...had plenty voltage to it account batteries are new...replaced it with same kind from amazon...no more beeping..tested it with a butane...

had same beeping sound....found propane and carbon monoxide sensor beeping is mounted on the island down low...replaced it and seems ok now....they do have a limited life on them....
