that is why Blair suggested the fuel injected unit. His advise was if you do not use it 2-3 times a month you will be changing the carb 5-6 times a year as they cannot be cleaned

I spoke to Tiara and Onan in Elkhart. They are within $200 of each other. Going to go with the 7k gas fuel injection with a 14gal tank. This will give about 20 hours of run time at full / full load....

Am I taking for granted. If I have the prep done by a shop the work would be the same for a gas or a diesel. transfer sw - cabinet - even the tank (as long as only the correct fuel gets used in it)....

That is correct Onan quoted around that price 8k. They also suggested a gas 7k as it is more juice, more reliable in cold winter and uses less...
