UPDATE:

Finished installing my exterior Mor-ride Swing arm TV mount today. I took Tims suggestion and ordered the "lighter duty" TV-1021H for TV's around 35 lbs. $89.61+ shipping from MAKARIOS...

Can you give us the technique to remove the TV from the existing bracket? Any wiring extension(s) needed?
