I have a hard wire in mine. I purchase the 50 a portable for my other rv a year ago and paid 350.00 for it

Buy the 50 and you are covered for everything
Are you looking at the hardwired or the plug in model. They both work the same except the plug in model at the pedestal is easier to steal
