Thanks! My local RW dealer was 99% positive that the valve is the issue. Will pick one up tomorrow as he did not have one in stock. His solution was the same as yours concerning how to operate...

Well if the valve is actually closed I will not be getting anything back. I would think I would know real quick if it is not clogged. You gave me a bad visual of a geyser going off in the bathroom:D
