I'd be interested to see what the cold pressure...
I'd be interested to see what the cold pressure was in that tire. If it is down to 100 when cold then I would start looking for reasons for that tire heating up like a bad brake or bearing.

I'm really sorry to hear of your tire problems. I hope Redwood considers this in the future as they put tires on their rigs. In my opinion, I really love my Redwood but it's unacceptable...
