NOPE! The Redwood isn't overloaded. They are heavy and they have an extra heavy pin weight due to where the tanks are located. The 12 Gallon hot water tank alone adds 100 lbs to the pin.

Be careful if you thinking about pulling the RL without a dually. I did for a month before I saw the light. No turning back now!

My RL came to me just shy of 14k and a heavy pin weight.

They haven't stopped making the 36RL but I haven't seen on their website the 36RE for a while. This could be an over site by someone. Redwood builds nice Rvs but they're not real good at website...
