This might be a long shot......try to find a large building to get that trailer in to warm it up. Also get a or rent a dehumidifier. This will suck the water out of the wood and reduce the water...

About 7 years ago I was on the road (without the camper) and didn't get home in time to winterized my old camper. I had my wife turn the water heater to electric which kept it warm until I got home....

You wont have any problems with the pex pipe...

You wont have any problems with the pex pipe because it wont break from freezing....however I'm not sure about the fittings. I would be concerned about the water heater, water pump and the facets. ...
