I just put on a full set of Goodyear Wrangler...

I just put on a full set of Goodyear Wrangler Adventurers w/Kevlar on ours. The Coopers were terrible for steering tires, would wear funny then give really bad shimmies in sweeping curves. So glad...

Can't help as I'm running a TPMS and don't think the sensors would like extensions.
But I do feel your pain reaching the valve of those inner duals.
