Not only finding desirable locations, but finding property in those locations that Zoning would allow such a setup. Some areas they won't let you just put in an RV pad unless you're building a house...

Not sure about some of the new units, but most are designed for major highways and truck routes. If you get off on secondary roads I think you'll be on your own. I have one near home I use to check...

We're game, we've had fun with the Montona Owners Club, so why not a Redwood Owners Club. Montana Owners have a yearly Fall Rally at the Fairgrounds in Goshen, IN and had almost 100 Montana's there...
