They actually seem to know what they are doing at tom Johnson RV which is rare in my experience. They gave me an estimate of over $3,000 to peel back the rubber, clean everything up...

More roof issues

My 2015 38RL is having a roof problem also. My tech at tom Johnson RV in Charlotte thinks the rubber was cut short and then stretched to reach the front cap. Now it has let loose and is about 2"...
