That all depends... on which technician you get. Some are better than others. Some are worthless. I always ask for Directv's RV section. Once transferred, they know what they are doing and handle...

There are coaxs and a control cable taped to it on the roof. It's a round plate secured buy screws and some caulk. Cut through the caulk carefully and pull the cables up.
