All I can say is WOW! Don't take what they are dishing up. You bought it fully painted and with a roof repair you should get it back with a fully painted unit. I really don't think Redwood wants...

check your paperwork on the fantastic fan. Ours says to use it as the ceiling fan. Close the door and make sure the fan is blowing into coach.
