Has anyone replaced a water heater (Suburban) in a 2020 Redwood? I have a new one on order but just need to know how to get access to the back side of the water heater. Thank you.

We have a 2020 Redwood and from day one having side issues that is tearing our vinyl floor. Is anyone else having this issue? thank you!
