I fixed the problem. Removed the dryer and put an apartment sized dryer in that I already had. Nice and quiet.

The dryer in my Redwood is the most annoying thing I have ever heard. It makes winning sound, don't know if it's because it changes direction when its drying or if there is something wrong with it. ...
